Arm Care/Strength Training exercises

These videos are from the Sunday, August 30th practice. PA Titans’ parents were given a paper with the descriptions and the players were given red and green resistance bands. It is recommended that each player do these workouts three times weekly, with the expectation that each session will last approximately 30 minutes.
